Hotel Byblos

In a place as lush as St Tropez, you will not find a better hotel than Hotel Byblos. In 2017 it celebrated its 50th year of service. For over half a century Byblos has been around to offer bespoke service and luxury experiences to its guests visiting the French Riviera.

Whether you are living it up in the famous Les Caves du Roy nightclub and having a late breakfast the morning after or enjoying the good life in Côte d'Azur and its exceptional beaches, Hotel Byblos is the best possible home away from home.

The various terracotta-colored facades facing the centerpiece pool resemble the traditional way of life in the French Riviera.

Known as a village within a village, Byblos bears a resemblance to an upscaled version of a fisherman's village. Cerulean window shutters and charming balconies enhance the signature look of the Mediterranean lifestyle. Altogether there are 41 rooms and 50 suites, all offering fantastic views of the village, the pool area or the garden.

All rooms bring absolute comfort to the forefront. Without being exaggerated with latest design elements or overly pompous, main features include signature Mediterranean colors and furnishings that are to be enjoyed not just looked at.

Having said that, the hotel's most luxurious and spacious Missoni Home Suite has been designed and furnished by the Italian high-end fashion house Missoni Home known for its colorful knitwear designs.

The 180 sq.m. suite is located at the very heart of the hotel and overlooks the pool from its spacious terrace. The Duplex Suites open up to two gorgeous sun-filled floors and are enhanced with deep red and vermilion tones in the interiors.

The Chevanne family that owns the hotel and the family-run Groupe Floirat are experts in luxury hospitality. Everything within the hotel has been carefully thought through and the service is truly exceptional.

From chauffeur service to the beaches of Pampelonne to dinners served as late as 2AM after a visit to Les Caves du Roy, there really is no limit to what this hotel does for its guests.

When hunger strikes, you can choose between the poolside restaurant B or Rivea at Byblos by Alain Ducasse. B offers both a late breakfast buffet until noon and a late evening service until as late as 2AM.

For their evening menu, they offer a range of dishes like mouth-watering black truffle risotto, Iberian ham, and selected caviar. Their signature, however, is Byni’z - flavorful bites inspired by tapas, antipasti, and mezze. Rivea at Byblos offers gregarious dining and the food is directly inspired by the French and Italian Rivieras.

The food lacks pretentiousness as it thrives on the delicate and straightforward tradition of Mediterranean cuisine while providing a glamorous and satisfying experience for any gourmet.

After a scenic day at the Riviera or a fun-filled night at Les Caves du Roy, you can treat yourself in one of the several wellness options at the Byblos. The SPA has been created together with the deluxe French skincare brand Sisley. Natural plant extracts, essential oils, and only the highest quality ingredients are used in all treatments.

Immersing yourself in these sensations is enhanced by the stunning interiors that range from Jerusalem and Lebanese inspirations. Along with a fitness center that is equipped with the latest gear, there is also an LPG Endermology Center offering anti-aging, anti-scarring, and anti-cellulite treatments.

For decades Hotel Byblos and Les Caves du Roy has been the playground of the likes of Mick Jagger, Cher, Kate Moss, and others. It's easy to understand why.

Few places excel in customer service that makes you feel like royalty. Byblos is the perfect escape whether it's just for a weekend break or a lush and unforgettable honeymoon or celebration.
